Kick off the week strong—literally!

If Monday is your high-energy day before the week starts to get away from you, sign up for this motivating strength-building class! We'll tackle all the major movement groups, tying in weights, mobility, and sometimes a touch of cardio. 

Power Yoga

Thursdays at 7:00 pm

All levels welcome!

Do you love yoga but find you miss the "burn" of a strength workout? Sneak this powerful take on the classic asanas into your vinyasa and yin schedule. We'll combine flow with challenging pauses, pulses, and repetition that make sure you really feel it. Don't worry—like any great yoga class, we'll always end in savasana!

Intro to Strength

Tuesdays at 8 am

Perfect for beginner and intermediate gym-goers! 

If the morning before work is the only time you can make it to class—this is the one for you! Clear exercise explanations and a small class size for lots of one-on-one support, this is your fitness wake-up call! See you out on the floor!

Lifelong Strong

Wednesdays at 12:00 pm

Strength training is an essential part of keeping our muscles, bones, joints, and brains in top health at every age. If you’re looking for small, supportive classes that challenge you and make you stronger, you’ll love this one. Designed to fit into your downtime after the kids are in bed, Lifelong Strong is great for every fitness level.

At Badlands Community Facility

Join me for a fun and challenging workout in the fitness room at 5:00 pm.

On Tuesdays, we do a shorter strength circuit, followed by a cardio interval session. On Thursdays, we extend the strength to really hit all those movement patterns and muscle groups!

Whichever you choose (or both!), the beats are pumping, the moves are modifiable, and the laughter is contagious!
