Staying strong, calm, and kind…
…is easier said than done, sometimes.
My classes and training sessions are built around these three very important concepts:
STRONG
I want you to leave every Loki Training workout feeling powerful, capable, and confident—whether we’re practicing with our body weight or dumbbells, going slow with yoga or getting our hearts pumping.
CALM
Yeah, we work hard, but every class has a chilled-out vibe. We close with three breaths together (yoga-style) to sit with all that effort for a moment before we head back to our busy days.
KIND
I’m not a drill sergeant. That approach works for some people, but my classes are full of jokes, joyful encouragement, and modifications for all. No yelling, shaming, or burpees, here.
