Hi there!

I’m Shannon, and I help humans design and navigate fitness approaches that work for them. Through body-neutral training and all-foods-fit nutrition coaching, I champion strong foundations for lifelong wellness. My newsletter, Fit to Work, delivers this perspective in bite-sized bi-weekly messages for desk workers and anyone who finds themselves moving less than they’d like!

I pair this vocation with content strategy, bolstered by my degree in journalism. I work with socially conscious small businesses to define their brand voice and share their mission and services with the wider world.

Everyone is capable of taking a next step—the trick is figuring out which step is the best fit. In both my coaching and writing work, we start where you’re at and identify the changes you’re willing, able, and ready to make. Together, we map out a path that will get you where you want to go.
