Scenario #2: “I have an existing business or great business idea. I’m ready to dive into a detailed website that informs, engages, and converts customers, but I need help wrangling ideas, planning output, and getting it written.”

Let’s get you going from the ground up!

  • Content strategy planning session (1–1.5 hrs) : We sit down and figure out what you need. I’ll send a questionnaire over beforehand, so we can dive right into your one-of-a-kind project.

  • Summary of session and outline of requested details: After our session, I share a document that shores up everything we discussed and lays out the next steps.

  • Review of website and industry counterparts: I begin combing through your site and researching the similar organizations you highlighted. From this comes our Ideas document, where you can add your notes.

  • Mock-up of content components: I list out the components I’ll create, to make sure we’re all on the same page. This includes

    • outlines for future articles/blogs (that you approved in the Ideas document)

    • detailed list of all landing page and other copy

    • brief style guide for consistent voice throughout

  • Development of content components: After you approve the mock-up, I get to work building everything out. All content is delivered in a text document organized according to your site layout, so you can easily transfer the copy.

  • Draft review and revisions: I share my draft of your content components. Packages include one round of revisions.

  • Wrap-up meeting (1 hr) : A quick review. We go over how you can continue to create great content.

  • Final content pillar document delivery: I deliver a final document of recommended pillars and buckets for your content forward to help you keep your content hyper-focused on your organization’s goals.
