A digital record of your workout (plus your sets, reps, and weights) so you can keep that momentum going
Keep in mind:
If we aren’t working together regularly, we’ll need to chat about your goals, your workout history, and possibly some assessment of your movement. I will send an intake form ahead of time so we can keep this part as short as possible!
Note: I can’t build a progressive workout program for someone I don’t see regularly (unless we have worked together to build one for you in the past). I’ll set you up with a great one-off workout, but if you have big goals, you need a consistent, targeted plan to get you there.
You can also purchase this session as a deep-dive discussion into how to create a program for yourself! We’ll do some assessments, really break down the kinds of exercises you’ll need and reps you’ll want to aim for, and can even get some weight progressions on the books. It’s your hour!
*If you purchase a six-session package or a monthly membership within a week of your single session, the single session can be included in your package and subtracted from the package price.
