2–3 Person Training

  • 2 people: $70 per session ($35/person)

  • 3 people: $90 per session ($30/person)

  • One program is created for all participants

  • At each session, the program will be modified for each of you, and you’ll receive one-on-one assistance, form tips, advice, and answers to any other questions you have. I will track your sets, reps, and weight for you!

  • You don’t have to be at the same fitness level as your friends—that’s what modifications are for!

  • Multiple bookings strongly recommended. To build a great habit and make sure our schedules don’t pass like ships in the night, I suggest booking your first 3+ sessions right away. They can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or whatever works for you!

  • BCF membership required (or you can pay for a drop-in)
