One program is created for all participants
At each session, the program will be modified for each of you, and you’ll receive one-on-one assistance, form tips, advice, and answers to any other questions you have. I will track your sets, reps, and weight for you!
You don’t have to be at the same fitness level as your friends—that’s what modifications are for!
Multiple bookings strongly recommended. To build a great habit and make sure our schedules don’t pass like ships in the night, I suggest booking your first 3+ sessions right away. They can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or whatever works for you!
