Every month, you get:

  • Your choice of 1, 2, or 3 sessions;

  • A written program designed for your goals and equipment/space: up to three strength workouts per week (optional cardio component),

  • Monthly updates/adjustments to your program,

  • Feedback via email/text/voice note on any questions you have throughout the month (maximums may apply).

The specifics:

  • Minimum three-month commitment.

  • 15 days’ notice to cancel.

  • Monthly memberships are billed on the first of each month.

  • Unused sessions cannot be rolled over, but can be adjusted ahead of time.

  • Membership can be paused for up to 2 months.
